Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time Shift Supervisor at Cedarbrook Nursing Home and Rehab, Allentown, PA 18104. Schedule options include 6:30 am–3:30 pm, 11:00 am–7:30 pm, or 3:00 pm–close with rotating weekends. Prior supervisory experience is required.

The role offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour and full-time benefits. Direct the activities of a shift, oversee policy compliance, and ensure quality, productivity and safety.

• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and maintain quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
