• Cleans work areas and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and equipment.
• Uses recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Responds to customer concerns and relays to supervisor.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
