Morrison Living is hiring for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Baptist Health Nursing & Rehab in Schenectady, NY. The role oversees shift activities, ensures scheduling and training, and upholds policy and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job tasks meet policy and safety standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met.
• Act as the point of contact for employee time-off requests and concerns.
