Job summary

Braum's in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our food service team. You will coach crew, ensure quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

Expect a 45-hour week on a 3-week rotating schedule; starting hourly rate between $14.50 and $15.00, with annual pay around $35,500–$37,000. Reports to Assistant Manager; must be 21+ and have a high school diploma.

• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales; monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
