Job summary

Braum's in Carrollton, TX is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the store crew, ensure quality, and drive sales. You will coach staff, monitor inventory, and oversee shift operations across Braum's food service, grocery and fountain sales.

The role requires 1 year of retail/leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work 5:30 am–3:00 pm. Salary ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 hourly ($35,500–$37,000 yearly).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or service leadership experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5:30 am to 3:00 pm shift and variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies are followed.
