Flynn Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to join our growing team at our Independence, MO location. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive sales while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a full-time on-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
