Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of job expectations.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward top performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as contact for employee time-off requests and complaints.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
