Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Comfortable working in cold environments.
• Able to taste-test products for quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and make decisions during shifts.
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Elevate matters to store leadership as needed.
