Job summary

Genghis Grill is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the shift operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for team performance, increasing sales and profitability, cost controls, training and development, and staff retention to meet financial and operating goals.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in high-volume full-service operations, ServSafe certification, and knowledge of health codes. Full-time benefits include health insurance and advancement potential.
