Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume full-service restaurant operations.
• Valid ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of county, state, and federal health codes.
• Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations.
• Some knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum high school education; a college degree is preferred.
