Braum's in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure excellent customer service. You will supervise opening and closing operations, coach team members, and help maximize sales while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail leadership, a valid driver's license, and a High School Diploma or GED. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
