The position requires a strong customer focus, integrity and the ability to train and develop team members. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

• Demonstrates strong customer service, integrity and reliability.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum’s food service, grocery and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels and safety/cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
