Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or food service role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness; ensure policy adherence.
• Share responsibility for implementing Braum's store policies.
