• Flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Interact with customers to assist with questions or complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and execute promotions according to planograms (POGs).
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
