Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Brownsburg, Indiana to support the CVS Store Management team. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and drive store execution while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor present to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture, handling issues per policy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and reset departments following POGs to optimize presentation.
