Job summary

The Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Dalton, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a WOW guest experience. You will partner with shop leadership to maintain safety, quality, speed, and staff engagement on the assigned shift.

You will lead a team of hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling and onboarding, and uphold our commitment to inclusive, welcoming environments where every employee can express their originality.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
