Job summary

Onvo is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Popeyes restaurant to oversee daily operations during the assigned shift, ensure efficient service, uphold quality standards, and lead a team.

As a supervisor, you will coach crew, monitor inventory, handle cash transactions, enforce safety and cleanliness, delegate tasks, and respond to emergencies to protect the customer experience. Excellent communication, flexibility with hours, and stamina to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to associates to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Respond to emergencies and elevate critical issues to management as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
