Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
