Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to meet quality, productivity and safety goals.
• Serve as the contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
