Job summary

Tender Greens is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager in daily restaurant operations. The role covers front and back of house duties and requires full certification across positions.

The Shift Supervisor helps train staff and ensure quality guest experiences in a busy environment. You will support line checks, food safety, and training, while coordinating with GM and EKM on menu changes and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify exceptional guest service and foster a positive environment.
• Assist GM and EKM in training front and back of house staff.
• Assist with opening/closing and station setup for service.
• Oversee health department visits when leaders are not present.
• Support operations and handle catering orders when needed.
• Ensure safety standards and proper training completion.
