Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Baptist North Little Rock location in North Little Rock, AR. The role runs 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with days varying. Previous related experience is preferred and the fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

The position offers opportunities to lead a team, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to patient-centered service in a hospital dining program.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety goals.
• Act as point of contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career progression within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
