• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations following safety standards.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils and ensures sanitation and safety requirements.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
