Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Princeton Baptist Hospital in Birmingham, AL. You will supervise a team during a shift, ensure policy adherence, and help with daily operations.

Position offers a 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM style schedule. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and growth opportunities exist within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Direct the activities of a shift and oversee that job expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and manage rewards/discipline.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees toward advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
