Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed in line with policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperforming employees.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
