Job summary

CVS Health in Ohio is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead store staff in the manager’s absence and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, while delivering strong customer service.

You will supervise crew, oversee merchandise, price items, stock shelves and maintain displays according to weekly and promotional plans. Flexibility for early morning, overnight and weekend shifts is required with competitive benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Preferred: experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the manager's absence and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Direct and follow up on all assigned activities to staff.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
