Qualifikationen

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.

• Direct and coach team members to prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Ensure store policies on cash handling, safety, and security are followed with or without accommodations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment.
