Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to multiple employees and coordinating their work.

• Experience working as part of a team in a retail environment.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Wamiliarity with store policies, safety, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, with customization as needed.
• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring quality beverages, accuracy, and safety.
