Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming store environment. You will guide team members, maintain quality beverages and food, and ensure safe, friendly service throughout all shifts.

As a partner, you will participate in benefits and development opportunities while upholding store standards, policies, and a positive guest experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality are required in all shifts.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction or service.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other partners and lead by example.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and develop teammates to uphold Starbucks standards.
• Create a welcoming space and build relationships with customers.
• Act as a positive representative of the brand in the community.
