Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Six months customer-facing experience
• Six months experience delegating tasks to others

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community
• Ensure store policies, safety, cash handling and quality controls are followed
• Support hiring, training and development during the shift
