Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community while ensuring quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.

You will direct the work of team members, coach performance, and train partners to meet store standards, while maintaining attendance, flexible hours, and a positive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety policies.
