Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach food/beverage prep to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Direct the work of others, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a retail environment.
