• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized
• Support store safety, cash handling and security procedures
