Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Meet store policies, cash handling, safety and security requirements
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers
• Coach and supervise team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all times
• Manage shift responsibilities and delegate tasks to employees
