Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Six months customer-facing experience
• Six months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of a team to deliver high-quality beverages and food
• Coach and supervise staff to ensure consistency with recipes and standards
• Maintain customer service excellence and store cleanliness
• Coordinate tasks of multiple employees to meet store goals
