Qualifications

• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks to a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space.
• Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and oversee staff on shift.
