Qualifications

• Ability to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other staff and delegate tasks to meet store goals.
• Ensure quality beverages and food according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and adherence to store safety policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues on shift.
