Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Six (6) months experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple staff
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes
• Meet store policies including cash handling and safety with/without accommodations
• Comfort with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
