Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Lead store operations, maintain quality beverages, and ensure safety and security.
• Direct the work of team members and ensure attendance and punctuality.
