Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food and coach the team to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
