Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of 2+ employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Lead with craft and heart to make Starbucks a welcoming space for the community.
