Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, including substitutions as needed.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, proper cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to guests.
