Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more employees.
• Cash handling, store safety and security according to policies.
• Provide quality beverages and food products per Starbucks standards.
