Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will guide beverage and food prep, coach teammates, and ensure store standards, safety, and cash handling are met.

Ideal candidates bring six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks for two or more colleagues. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates.
