Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees.
• Knowledge of retail environment; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as shift supervisor to ensure quality beverages and food.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Coach and motivate team; assign tasks for each shift.
