Starbucks Coffee Company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse warm and welcoming. You’ll mentor teammates, ensure high standards for beverages and food, and maintain store operations during your shift.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience or similar, with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to coach and delegate tasks to team members across shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a retail environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling and store safety practices.
• Wlexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more teammates as needed.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Adhere to store policies and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and compliance.
