Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead store operations with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and policies.

The role emphasizes coaching, delegation, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach others.
• Effective oral communication and teamwork in a retail environment.

Mansioni

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming coffeehouse space.
• Prepare and coach beverages and food to standard recipes, adapting as needed.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security.
• Support scheduling and task delegation to teammates as required.
