Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating a team.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the work of team members during shifts.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Uphold quality beverages and foods, cash handling, and store safety & security.
• Provide welcoming customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
