Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes including substitutions.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks among team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle cash according to policy.
