Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Ability to prepare/be coached in beverage and food preparation
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise team members
• Ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes
• Coach and coordinate tasks of two or more employees
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance
