Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of two or more employees; ensure smooth shift operations.
